1. Valid ID Proof

Voter ID, Aadhaar, PAN Card, Driving License, and Passport are accepted. Local IDs are also allowed. Guests must present a valid ID at check-in. Couples must provide both IDs. For groups, maximum IDs are required. Foreign guests must complete the registration form.

2. Age & Minor Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older to stay. Guests under 18 are not allowed without legal parents accompanying them. Minors without parents cannot stay.

3. Beach & Sea Safety

Guests cannot go to the sea beach after 10:00 PM. Hotel gate closes at 11:00 PM. Guests under the influence of alcohol cannot enter the water. Drinking is prohibited on the beach.

4. Payment Policy

Full or partial advance payment may be required. Collect proper receipts. Extra services will be charged separately.

5. Noise & Disturbance

Loud music, shouting, or disturbance after 10:00 PM is prohibited. Respect other guests and locals.

6. Cleanliness & Property Care

Maintain cleanliness. Any damage to property will be charged. Do not throw garbage on the beach or public areas.

7. Local Environment Respect

Protect nature, marine life, and surroundings. Avoid littering and polluting.

8. Safety & Security

Keep valuables safe. The hotel is not responsible for unattended belongings. Inform staff immediately in case of emergencies.

9. Cooperation with Staff

Cooperate with hotel staff for verification and safety procedures. Follow government and local administration guidelines.
